Vayunex is built by misfits who hated bloated orgs, fake urgency, and “let’s circle back” meetings. We like small teams, big responsibility and shipping work that actually helps people.
We don’t care where you studied, what city you’re from, or how fancy your English is. We care about how you think, how you learn and how you show up when things break at 11:47 PM.
If you want a place with clear communication, honest feedback, real ownership and a team that genuinely wants you to grow — you’ll probably feel at home here.
35+ humans, 1 shared rule: don’t be a jerk, be excellent to each other, ship your best work.
We’re not trying to be a “family”. We’re a focused, kind, high ownership team. that likes solving hard problems without burning people out.
No “manager of managers” energy. You work with people who code, design, ship "and debug" right next to you.
You don’t get a small “task list”. You get problems to solve, context to decide with, and the freedom to propose better ways.
We actively hire from underrepresented cities and backgrounds. Good work doesn’t need a metro pin code.
We say the hard thing early, with respect. No gossip, no politics, no silent resentment. Just grown-up conversations.
These are our current hiring priorities. If you don’t see your perfect fit but still feel aligned with how we work, send a “why we should talk” mail anyway.

Send your work - not just a CV. Repos, case studies, Looms, Notion docs — show us how you think.
A 30–45 min call about your past work, how you solve problems and what you want next.
A small, paid (for some roles) assignment that looks like actual work you’d do with us. No trick puzzles.
Clear expectations, transparent compensation, and a structured ramp-up so you’re not lost on day three.
Work from where you think best. We care about output, not chair time. Async-friendly, with deep-work protection.
Courses, books, tools, experiments. We put aside budget and senior time so you can keep leveling up.
We don’t glorify burnout. Reasonable hours, real leaves and a culture where saying “I need a break” is normal.
We tell you exactly what “growth” means here — expectations, skills, and outcomes at each level, not vague promises.
You’ll build tools for real businesses and real people — and our CSR work means your code literally changes lives.
Totally fair. Here are straightforward answers to the things people usually want to know before they decide to bet their time on us.
No. We care more about how you think and what you’ve built than where you studied or worked. Show us projects, repos, case studies, freelance work — real proof beats labels.
We’re largely remote-first with some hybrid options based on city and team. Most collaboration happens online with structured touchpoints, async updates and deep-work blocks.
We work hard, but we’re disciplined, not chaotic. There are crunch moments, but they’re the exception, not the default. We plan realistically and protect weekends / nights as much as possible.
Yes, absolutely. This is literally one of the reasons Vayunex exists. If you’re serious, willing to learn and okay with honest feedback, we want to hear from you.
Be specific. Tell us what you’ve built, what went wrong, what you learned and why Vayunex makes sense for you. A short Loom or a Notion page beats a generic 3-page CV any day.
Curious about how we hire, who we look for, and what it’s like to build with us? Here’s a clear, no-fluff breakdown of our hiring mindset.
We look for builders with ownership. People who don’t wait for perfect instructions, who ask good questions, and who care about the outcome, not just the task. If you’re curious, honest, and okay with feedback that makes you better — you’ll fit right in.
We keep it simple and fast:
1️⃣ Short intro screening (we understand your story & goals).
2️⃣ Practical task or live problem-solving session (no leetcode circus).
3️⃣ Culture / vibe conversation with the core team.
4️⃣ Offer, expectation alignment, and start date.
We respect your time and avoid dragging things for weeks.
We hire both. Experience helps, but it’s not everything. For juniors and freshers, we care more about your attitude, grit, and how you think. Side projects, GitHub, small freelance work, or even experiments matter more to us than just marks.
Vayunex is an in-office startup. We believe early-stage teams grow fastest when they build together in the same room. If you’re selected, we’ll help you plan the move and settle into the city and office culture.
No “bench”, no fake projects. You’ll work on real client builds — AI workflows, automations, products, dashboards, websites, and internal tools. You’ll ship to production, not just to a folder called “final_v7_last”.
We keep money conversations transparent. Compensation is based on skill, ownership, and the value you create — not just years of experience. We review performance regularly, give direct feedback, and align growth with impact, not politics.
Focused work, honest conversations, and a lot of small jokes in between. We have Fun Fridays, chill Mondays, flexible hours, and genuine respect for personal life. People here support each other, share knowledge, and pull together when a tough deadline hits.
No ghosting. If you don’t make it, we try to share honest, specific feedback so you know what to improve. If we see potential, we may invite you to re-apply after a few months once you’ve leveled up those areas.
Go to our Careers page, pick a role, and apply with:
• A clear resume (no 5-page life story).
• Links to real work — GitHub, portfolio, Loom, screenshots, anything you’ve actually built.
• A short note on why you want to build at Vayunex specifically.
Show us your work and your mindset — that’s how you stand out.
